Network Video Recorder HANWHA SRN-4000P2T ini mampu merekam video dengan resolusi hingga 5MP pada kecepatan 400Mbps dengan menerima input dari 64 saluran IP kamera. File yang direkam bisa diputar ulang secara sinkron ke 16 saluran pada saat yang bersamaan dalam format VGA/HDMI. File tsb pun lalu bisa disimpan secara internal karena NVR ini dapat dipasang dengan 12 internal HDD yang memiliki kombinasi kapasitas hingga 72TB.

Untuk mengoptimasi fungsi penyimpanan & perekaman, NVR ini juga mendukung fitur hot swap pada HDDnya yang berarti pengguna tidak perlu mematikan perangkat pada saat mengganti hard disk, dukungan penyimpanan iSCSI yang merupakan fasilitas penyimpanan data berbasis IP (internet protocol), teknologi RAID level 5/6 yang bisa membaca/menulis file berukuran besar dengan super cepat, power supply cadangan dengan fitur hot swap yang dapat diganti tanpa harus mematikan recorder sehingga menjaga perangkat agar dapat terus menyala pada saat power supply utama mengalami masalah, serta dukungan pencarian video yang telah dirangkum.
