* A version upgrade from BB-HNP11 is not supported.
* Images recorded with a BB-HNP11 cannot be viewed with the BB-HNP15
* The network camera's digital zoom function cannot be used. Camera Control depends on the control specification supported by the network camera.
* When recording 640 x 480-pixel images with the BB-HCM381, scanning lines may be generated in moving objects within the image, and image clarity may be lowered.
* Depending on the operation environment, e.g. PC performance and display resolution, the image display may be slighty slower than images monitored with the previous BB-HNP11 model or via a Web browser.
* To use teh voice and image recording program, it is necessary to complete the user registration over the internet and obtain a password. Without the user registration, this function is restricted.
* The number of camera units allowed for simultaneous recording varies depending on the PC perfomance.
